What is Cadento?

Cadento is a calendar-first email marketing planner built specifically for DTC brands using Klaviyo. We help you visualize your send cadence, track performance at a glance, and plan campaigns without context-switching between tools.

Think of it as your marketing calendar, KPI dashboard, and campaign library - all in one place.

The Problem We're Solving

If you run email marketing for a DTC brand, you know the pain:

  • No calendar view of your send cadence. Klaviyo's campaign list is chronological. You can't see your entire month at a glance or spot gaps in your schedule.
  • KPIs buried in clicks. Want to see yesterday's revenue? Open the campaign → Reporting tab → scroll → find Placed Order. Repeat for every campaign.
  • Planning in spreadsheets. You plan your Black Friday sequence in Google Sheets, then rebuild it campaign-by-campaign in Klaviyo. Double work.
  • Can't remember what you sent. "Did we send the 20%-off promo last month or two months ago?" You have to search through campaigns to find it.

Cadento fixes this. One calendar. All your campaigns. Performance visible. Planning built in.

How It Works

  1. Connect your Klaviyo account. OAuth integration. Read-only access. Takes 30 seconds.
  2. Sync your past campaigns. We pull your sent campaigns (last 30 days by default) and display them on the calendar.
  3. See your send mix at a glance. Color-coded by type (promo, announcement, lifecycle). Performance metrics visible on hover.
  4. Plan future campaigns. Click any day to add a planned campaign. Drag to reschedule. Add notes, preview text, color codes.
  5. Export or integrate. Download your calendar as CSV. (Future: push planned campaigns back to Klaviyo as drafts.)

What We Don't Do

Cadento is not a Klaviyo replacement. We don't:

  • Build or send emails
  • Manage subscriber lists
  • Create flows or automations
  • Edit campaigns in Klaviyo

We're a planning and visibility layer on top of Klaviyo. You still build and send in Klaviyo. We just make it easier to see the big picture.

Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously:

  • Read-only access. We can't send, edit, or delete anything in your Klaviyo account.
  • Encrypted storage. OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Database encrypted at rest. HTTPS everywhere.
  • No customer data. We don't sync subscriber lists, email addresses, or individual recipient data. Only aggregate metrics.
  • GDPR/CCPA compliant. DPA available on request. Full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service published.

Pricing

Cadento is currently free during beta.

We're gathering feedback from early users and iterating quickly. When we launch paid plans, existing beta users will get grandfathered pricing.

Roadmap

We're actively building. Here's what's coming next:

  • Push planned campaigns to Klaviyo. Create drafts directly from Cadento instead of just planning.
  • Team collaboration. Share calendars with your team, add comments, assign ownership.
  • Benchmark reports. Compare your send frequency and performance against anonymized industry benchmarks.
  • AI suggestions. "You haven't sent a winback in 3 weeks. Want to schedule one?"
  • Mobile app. Review your calendar and metrics on the go.
